Know About NOCs & Rules:
Non-Agricultural (NA) Permission: If the property is classified as agricultural land and also you intend to use it for non-agricultural purposes. Also, you will need to obtain NA permission from the relevant revenue authorities. This permission confirms that the land can use for residential, commercial, or industrial purposes as per the applicable regulations.
Conversion Certificate: If the property is originally agricultural land and you want to convert it to non-agricultural use, you will also need to obtain a Conversion Certificate from the appropriate authorities. This certificate validates the change in land use and ensures compliance with zoning regulations.
No Objection Certificate from Society/Builder: In the case of properties located within a housing society or apartment complex.
